Your responsibilities
- 1st/2nd line support for Power Platform tools
- Troubleshooting apps, workflows and basic integrations
- Supporting users and technical teams
- Helping with simple automations and low-code solutions
- Documenting issues and fixes
Our requirements
- Min. 1+ year of experience in IT support, QA, SaaS or similar role
- Basic knowledge of Power Platform / Power BI
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Basic knowledge of C# or Python
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
Optional
- Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Previous experience in enterprise-level digital projects
- Understanding of Adobe ecosystem and related tools
