Description of the scope of training
In the investment project manager programme, we provide students with the knowledge necessary to make optimal management decisions based on the interpretation of information provided by the accounting department. These studies are aimed at developing students’ skills in the practical application of modern methods of cost and profit accounting that show the effectiveness of pro-efficiency measures in business units.
What will you learn?
You will become familiar with the topics related to preparing financial information for the management needs, the regulations regarding investment processes, the principles of analysing reports by statutory auditors, economic and social analysis, accounting for the needs of personnel policy and marketing data analysis. You will acquire practical skills in:

- building a financial strategy,
- applying market research techniques and preparing information for the needs of personnel policy,
- managing the process of developing managerial information systems
