On October 4, a ceremonial inauguration of the Academic Year 2024/2025 took place within the walls of the Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości.
This extremely important event in the life of every academic community emphasizes the tradition and ethos of higher education institutions. The ceremony gathered many guests, including representatives of the University authorities, employees, students and lecturers. After ceremony’s opening and a speech by His Magnificence Rector Krzysztof Roszczynialski, the matriculation of first-year students took place. The inaugural lecture entitled “Local Government 6.0” was presented by Dr. Artur Kozioł. During the event, awards were given to academic teachers for their teaching achievements. Students were also recognized. At the end, a ceremonial Gaudeamus Igitur resounded.
