Cyber security: a new educational path available at the School of Management and Banking.
Cyber Security, as a new educational path in the Computer Science (engineering studies) program, is designed to prepare students for the role of IT security specialist. In this specialization, the student will acquire comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in threat analysis, cryptography, incident management and the design of secure information systems. The program for this module places a strong emphasis on the practical dimension of learning, combining theoretical fundamentals with intensive exercises and projects to provide comprehensive preparation for work in the rapidly growing Security industry. Upon graduation, graduates will be able to find employment in IT security consulting firms, security departments, technology companies, as well as in government and military organizations dealing with cyber security.
