On June 2, 2023, the 5th Student Scientific Session of WSZiB was held. The session was attended by about 120 people, including lecturers, supervisors of Science Clubs operating at WSZiB and students – members of Science Clubs.
The session was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Dr. Bartosz Banduła, prof. WSZiB. The session was led by the Rector’s Plenipotentiary for Scientific Circles, Dr. Justyna Michniak-Szladerba.
As experts-practitioners, we hosted the following representatives of the business world:
- Chmielarski Robert – FP&A Operations Manager at AON
- Gocyla Kamil – Business Consultant at Transporeon sp. z o.o.
- Wiśniowski Daniel – Branch manager of Santander Bank Polska
- Sztyler Karolina – Marketer & founder at Go Healthy Girl
8 papers were presented in the following areas: management, marketing, accounting, IT. The papers presented a high level. The works contained not only a theoretical aspect, but also an empirical one.
Session participants have the opportunity to prepare a scientific article based on their paper and experts’ suggestions. The articles, after receiving a positive review, will be published in a special issue of the WSZiB Scientific Journal (articles should be sent to j.michniak@wszib.edu.pl by July 1, 2023).
Furthermore, the editors of the Multis Multum journal will select the papers whose subject matter will correspond to the subject of the next issue and will contact their Authors to propose publication.
