Description of the scope of training
Thanks to the comprehensive knowledge of finance, accounting and the automation and robotisation of financial and accounting processes acquired during your studies, you will develop the necessary skills to optimise, standardise and modernise business processes. This will allow you to effectively use your company’s technological and human resources.
What will you learn?
As a graduate of this study programme, you will develop the skills necessary to identify business areas with some potential for improvement, estimate the resources needed to implement an automation project, and analyse potential risks. In addition, you will acquire the knowledge regarding the critical assessment of the profitability of implementing new technologies; financial planning of a business process automation and robotisation project, as well as controlling the implementation of the approved budget.

Future job prospects
The comprehensive knowledge and competences in finance, accounting, as well as automation and robotisation of financial and accounting processes acquired during the course of these studies, will allow you to work as an automation and robotisation of financial and accounting processes analyst, business processes optimisation consultant, a manager of business processes in international financial and accounting service centres of BPO type and shared services centres (SSC) as well as in business entities with extended organisational structures. Thanks to the interdisciplinary profile of this specialisation, the graduates are also qualified to take up a position of a financial controller responsible for managing the budget of a business process automation and robotisation project.
