Objective
The objective of the studies is to provide students with up-to-date knowledge necessary in managing a modern company, as well as to improve students’ managerial skills, that are essential in the efficient management of human resources teams. The study programme is designed for management professionals at any level of the organisational hierarchy, i.e., members of boards of directors and management boards, as well as CEOs, directors, functional managers and specialists. These studies are also addressed to people who run their own business or intend to do so.

In addition, the assets of this study programme are: interdisciplinarity that translates into the combination of content from different areas in one didactic program; access to expert, practical knowledge provided by entrepreneurs, managing directors, business practitioners, tutors, coaches; developing managerial skills and tools within various programme modules; participation in a managerial simulation game in which the student takes on the role of a manager-entrepreneur running a virtual company and solving real business problems in a case study workshop.

The teaching staff consists of the academic employees of WSZiB, Cracow University of Economics, Jagiellonian University, as well as practitioners specialized in coaching, finance, projects, sales and negotiations.
